Pumpkin Protein Pancakes ( ready in 5 minutes or less!)

Keep up the pumpkin lovin’ with this recipe!

  • 1/2 can of pumpkin or a small pumpkin( cut up, peeled and boiled)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop protein powder of your choice ( I like to use vanialla flavored plant protein)
  • 1/2 cup of milk (regular or dairy free whichever you prefer!)

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk until you form a thick batter ( 2 minutes of mixing). Warm up a pan and add a little bit of coconut oil. Pour the batter in- flip your pancake and that’s it!
